I have been practicing yoga for over ten years, teaching since three years and have come to experience that this practice reaches far beyond the mat.
For me, yoga is an ongoing dialogue between body, breath, and mind, a space where it becomes tangible where limits exist, where constriction arises, and where lightness, curiosity, and joy are also allowed to emerge. Over time, these experiences begin to ripple into everyday life, into relationships, decisions, and the way we relate to ourselves.
My perspective on yoga continues to evolve. Every training, every teacher, and every body I have the privilege to accompany expands my understanding. Yoga continually reminds me to listen rather than perform, to sense rather than function.
Breath plays a central role in this process. It bridges body and awareness and shows that regulation does not arise through control, but through trust, sensing, and returning to one’s own rhythm.
In my classes, I weave together elements of gentle, trauma-sensitive yoga, somatic awareness, and conscious breathwork. This creates a safe space in which you can explore yourself, release tension, and strengthen self-regulation, free from judgment, comparison, and pressure to perform.
Over time, I have moved away from dogmatic approaches and found my own path: a somatic, intuitively guided yoga practice in which different styles, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Anusara, Ayurvedic Yoga, and trauma-sensitive embodiment, naturally weave together. Rather than following fixed forms, the practice responds to what your body truly needs.
Each class includes the following elements, expressed in different ways:
Whether you have been practicing yoga for many years or are just beginning, you are welcome exactly as you are. In my classes, you are invited to let go of ideas of what is “right” or “wrong” and instead experience what is true.

In my individual one-on-one yoga sessions, we work with what you need in the moment, physically, emotionally, and energetically.
The practice unfolds in dialogue with your body and nervous system: gentle, trauma-sensitive, and free from performance pressure. It can support you in times of stress and overwhelm, nervous system regulation, the integration of breathwork, processing trauma experiences, or simply reconnecting more deeply with yourself.
Each session is guided by your pace, your boundaries, and your resources. The focus is not on the form, but on you.
Whether you are seeking orientation or ready to dive deeply into change, my offerings create space for growth. You can choose individual sessions, curated packages, or long-term support — trauma-informed, mindful, and tailored to you, available online or in Berlin.
