I've always been interested in what lies beneath the surface — the emotions, patterns and dynamics that shape us. My own journey has been shaped by challenges, turning points and the search for a different way of dealing with stress and inner pressure. Again and again, I came back to one core: the ability to truly meet ourselves, beyond functioning and control.
I know states of inner tension, withdrawal and the attempt to avoid or suppress difficult emotions. For a long time, I saw much of this as weakness. Until I understood: many of these reactions are protective mechanisms. Today, I work exactly in these areas — with the understanding that behavior is often an expression of the nervous system.
In my work, I combine breathwork, somatic methods and coaching to support you in regulating your nervous system, recognizing patterns and developing more stability and clarity. This is not about quick fixes or superficial solutions. It's about real connection with yourself.
For over ten years, yoga has accompanied me — not just as a practice, but as a way of relating to myself and the world.
For me, yoga is an ongoing dialogue between body, breath and awareness. A space where you can feel where tension arises and where lightness, curiosity and ease can emerge.
Over time, these experiences begin to transfer into daily life, relationships and the way we relate to ourselves.
My perspective on yoga has continuously evolved. Away from rigid forms — towards a practice that listens instead of dictates, that invites feeling instead of judging.
The breath plays a central role. It connects body and awareness and shows that regulation does not come through control, but through perception, trust and your own rhythm.
I combine elements of:
This creates a space where you can perceive yourself, release tension and strengthen your self-regulation — without pressure, comparison or expectations.
My work often moves where words are no longer enough: in the body, in the breath, in direct experience. In the moments where something becomes visible, softens or begins to reorganize.
No pressure, no overriding, no pushing through. Instead, a space where you set the pace and your system can gradually develop more safety.
My path has taught me: regulation, self-acceptance and inner stability don't happen all at once but through small, sustainable steps. At your pace. Not the pace of the world.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
